Introducing the Midway 470, new for 2020. A 47ft, cruiser stern narrowboat offering comfortable, long term cruising, high specification, exciting optional extras and exceptional build quality. Built by our sister company, Bourne Boats, the complete build is handled in-house, from the steelwork to fitout to painting, and you can watch your boat taking shape every step of the way. To begin with the steelwork is everything you would expect from a high-end craft, with long swims, elegant lines, attention to detail and robust construction.
The fitout will be in a reverse configuration, entering from the stern in to a well equipped galley with oven, hob, grill and ample storage. The open plan saloon is next and at 12’ this is much larger than you would expect on a boat of this size. Plenty of room to allow for freestanding furniture or the optional ‘L’ shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. On the forward bulkhead you have a choice of 2 equally cosy units housing the inset multi fuel stove and TV. A walkthrough bathroom as standard with quadrant shower, WC, top mount hand basin, heated towel rail, large mirror, cupboard and shelving.
The forward bedroom offers a fixed double bed with storage under (or waste tank depending on choice), large wardrobe, overhead cupboards and reading lights. Along with the high, standard spec, we also have a large options list allowing you to personalise your craft and create something truly individual without the bespoke price tag.
